Polisi Tangkap Pembuat Video Anak Bicara Papua Merdeka

PESISIR NASIONAL, Jayapura – Polisi menangkap Agustinus Yolemal karena membuat video yang menggambarkan seorang anak berbicara tentang Papua mederka. Agustinus membuat video tersebut dan mengunggahnya ke Youtube.

“Agustinus Yolemal pembuat video Papua Merdeka dan menjadikan seorang anak kecil sebagai objek dalam video tersebut,” ujar Kabid Humas Polda Papua Kombes Ahmad Mustofa Kamal di Jayapura, Sabtu (25/8/2018).

Agustinus ditangkap tanpa perlawanan. Polisi juga mengamankan beberapa barang bukti lainnya.

“Saat digeledah anggota mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu buah dompet berisi kartu identitas, kartu ATM, 3 handphone, satu tab Samsung, 3 buah laptop, satu unit mobil jenis Toyota Rush,” kata Kamal.

Sementara itu polisi juga memeriksa anak yang berada di video tersebut. “Terhadap anak dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai saksi atas pembuatan video tersebut,”kata Kamal.

Menurut Kamal, video buatan Agustinus merupakan ajakan dan penanaman ideologi yang bertentangan dengan Pancasila. Hal ini sesuai dengan Pasal 45 a Ayat 2 Undang-undang ITE No 19 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas Undang-undang ITE Nomor 11 tahun 2008.

Kamal mengatakan, bahwa pembuatan video tersebut merupakan ajakan dan menanamkan ideologi yang bertentangan dengan pancasila, sesuai pasal 45 a ayat 2 UU ITE nomor 19 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas UU ITE noomor 11 tahun 2008.

Video yang dipermasalahkan menggambarkan seorang anak di dalam mobil ditanya-tanya oleh Agustinus. Bocah itu tampak sudah diajarkan menjawab beberapa pertanyaan dengan jawaban yang menjurus ‘Papua Merdeka’. Jika si anak salah jawab, Agustinus mengarahkan jawaban bocah lugu itu.
