“Korban ini merupakan anak kandung dari tersangka. Korban sudah disetubuhi berkali-kali selama 6 tahun sejak kelas 3 SD hingga kelas VIII SMP, dan sekarang umurnya baru 14 tahun,” ungkap Kasatreskrim Polres Purworejo, AKP Haryo Seto Liestyawan saat menggelar jumpa pers, Kamis (4/4/2019).
Sebelum melakukan aksi bejatnya, ayah 4 orang anak itu selalu mengancam korban akan melukai korban bahkan menghabisi nyawa adik-adik korban jika keinginannya tidak dipenuhi. Karena merasa takut, korban pun hanya bisa pasrah. Bahkan tersangka juga mengonsumsi obat perangsang serta menyediakan obat pelancar haid untuk korban.
“Korban diancam oleh tersangka bahwa adik-adiknya akan dibunuh jika keinginannya itu tidak dituruti. Tersangka minum obat perangsang dulu sebelum melakukan, terus biar tidak hamil, korban juga disuruh minum obat pelancar haid,” jelasnya.
Kelakuan bejat tersangka sendiri terbongkar karena kakak korban curiga melihat ayahnya bersikap posesif terhadap korban dan sering marah. Akhirnya korban bercerita kepada kakaknya tentang apa yang menimpanya.
Kakak korban pun tak percaya dengan apa yang ia dengar. Tak berpikir panjang, ia pun langsung melaporkan kasus tersebut kepada petugas. Akhirnya tersangka diringkus pada akhir Maret lalu dan diamankan di Mapolres Purworejo.
Sementara itu, tersangka mengaku nekat melakukan perbuatan bejatnya lantaran kesepian semenjak istrinya merantau sebagai Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW) di Hongkong dan tak kunjung pulang. Meski menyesali perbuatannya, tersangka tetap harus berurusan dengan polisi untuk menjalani hukuman.
“Ya karena nafsu, kesepian istri sudah lama merantau. Nyesel banget,” ucapnya.
Dari kasus tersebut, polisi mengamankan barang bukti berupa pakaian korban, obat perangsang dan pelancar datang bulan. Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, kini tersangka harus mendekam di sel tahanan Mapolres Purworejo dan dijerat dengan pasal 81 UURI nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang perlindungan anak dengan ancaman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
