Mala petaka ASN Dumai ,Import Menjadi Primadona

DUMAI – Pelantikan sejumlah pejabat eselon di lingkungan Pemko Dumai menyisakan pertanyaan dari elemen masyarakat. Komite Reformasi Masyarakat Dumai (KRMD) melalaui sekretaris, Armidi sangat menyayangkan sikap Walikota Dumai, Zulkifli As yang dianggap tidak peka dan perhatian terhadap karir Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN) yang telah lama mengabdi setia terhadap Pemko Dumai.

“Jika hanya eselon III dan IV  harus “impor” dari luar kota Dumai tentu saja kita merasa heran dan perlu alasan yang jelas dari Walikota,” tegasnya kepada media ini minggu lalu.

Ia katakan kebijakan yang diambil Walikota Dumai melalui orang kepercayaannya jelas merugikan ASN dalam hal promosi jabatan dan peningkatan karir kedepan.

“Kompetensi dan promosi jabatan yang diatur dalam undang-undang jelas diabaikan kita mencuriagai ada kepentingan lain yang bermain disini,” jelasnya.

Ir. Muhammad Hasbi, salah seorang tokoh KRMD dengan tegas menuding peran fungsi  Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan(BKPP) Kota Dumai tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya

Masih menurut Hasbi,kredibilitas dan jejak rekam pejabat “impor” tersebut masih sangat diragukan dan Kepala BKPP Dumai tidakpeka terhadap karir ASN yang telah lama mengabdi di lingkungan Pemko Dumai

Sementara itu, mantan kabag Humas Pemko Dumai, Riski Kurniawan saat dikonfirmasi  enggan memberikan komentar. “Bukan wewenang saya untuk menjawabnya,” ujarnya singkat ( red, riau time)
