OTT Kementerian PUPR, KPK Sita Rp 500 Juta, SGD 25 Ribu & Sekardus Uang

Merdeka.com – Tim penindakan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengamankan uang Rp 500 juta dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) terhadap pejabat Kementerian PUPR. Tim juga mengamankan uang Dolar Singapura 25 ribu.
“Tim mengamankan barang bukti awal sebesar Rp 500 juta dan SGD 25.000,” ujar Wakil Ketua KPK Laode M Syarif saat dikonfirmasi, Jumat (28/12).

Selain itu, tim juga menyita satu kardus berisi uang dalam operasi senyap ini. Diduga, uang itu merupakan bagian dari suap.

“Serta satu kardus uang yang sedang dihitung,” ucap Syarif.

KPK menduga OTT terkait dengan proyek penyediaan air minum. Saat ini, KPK mendalami apakah proyek penyediaan air bersih itu terkait dengan proyek penyediaan air minum untuk tanggap bencana.

“Sedang kami dalami keterkaitan dengan proyek sistem penyediaan air minum untuk tanggap bencana,” kata Syarif.

Syarif mengatakan total 20 orang turut diamankan dalam operasi senyap tersebut. Mereka berasal dari unsur pejabat Kementerian PUPR hingga pihak swasta.

“Dari lokasi diamankan 20 orang, yang terdiri dari pihak Kementerian PUPR dari unsur pejabat dan PPK sejumlah proyek yang dikelola Kementerian PUPR dan swasta dan pihak lain,” jelas dia.

Saat ini, para pihak yang diamankan dalam OTT tersebut tengah menjalani pemeriksaan intensif. Penyidik KPK memiliki waktu 1×24 jam untuk menentukan status hukum mereka.
