Pemerintah Naikkan Harga Patokan Ekspor Beberapa Produk Tambang

JAKARTA,PesisirNasional- Akibat fluktuasi perekonomian global, pemerintah menaikkan Harga Patokan Ekspor (HPE) beberapa produk pertambangan yang dikenakan Bea Keluar (BK) pada April 2019.

Ketentuan ini ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 27 Tahun 2019 pada 25 Maret 2019.

“Kenaikan HPE produk pertambangan disebabkan adanya fluktuasi harga internasional,” kata Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Luar Negeri Oke Nurwan, Rabu (27/3/2019).

Menurut Oke, HPE periode April 2019 ini ditetapkan setelah memperhatikan berbagai masukan tertulis dan koordinasi dari berbagai instansi terkait.

Produk yang mengalami kenaikan yaitu konsentrat tembaga naik 3,87 persen, konsentrat mangan naik 4,43 persen, konsentrat timbal naik 1,04 persen, konsentrat seng naik 4,38 persen, konsentrat ilmenite naik 2,19 persen, nikel naik 6,21 persen, dan bauksit naik sebesar 0,46 persen. Di luar itu, konsentrat pasir besi tidak mengalami perubahan.

Perhitungan harga dasar HPE untuk komoditas konsentrat besi, konsentrat besi laterit, konsentrat pasir besi, konsentrat mangan, konsentrat ilmenit, dan konsentrat rutil bersumber dari Asian Metal.

Sedangkan konsentrat tembaga, pellet konsentrat pasir besi, konsentrat timbal, konsentrat seng, nikel, dan bauksit bersumber dari London Metal Exchange (LME).
