Siswa SD Pelaku Pencabulan Teman Sekelas Dikirim ke Pesantren

PASURUAN,PesisirNasional- Siswa SD pelaku pencabulan teman sekelas di Kecamatan Grati, Kabupaten Pasuruan, akhirnya dikirim ke Rumah Sosial Perlindungan Anak (RSPA), Kota Batu. Di tempat ini pelaku yang berumur 11 tahun itu akan mendapatkan pendidikan karakter selama sebulan.

“Pengadilan sudah memberikan ketetapan (vonis) yang bersangkutan diberikan pendidikan karakter di RSPA. Pelaku sudah kami antarkan ke Batu,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polresta Pasuruan AKP Slamet Santoso kepada detikcom, Selasa (2/4/2019).

Slamet menjelaskan, pelaku akan menjalani pendidikan dan bimbingan selama sebulan di RSPA. Setelah itu, ia akan dikirim ke pesantren.

“Berdasarkan kesekapatan bersama antara polisi, Dinsos dan pihak sekolah dan Bapas, setelah dari RSPA, pelaku akan dikirim ke Pesantren Sidogiri,” terang Slamet.

Slamet mengatakan vonis berupa pendidikan karakater dan dikirim ke pesantren merupakan vonis pengadilan. Pengadilan kasus ini mengunakan sistem peradilan anak.

“Kasus hukumnya sudah tuntas,” tegas Slamet.

Sebelumnya, seorang siswi salah satu sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Grati, Kabupaten Pasuruan, menjadi korban pencabulan teman sekelasnya. Orang tua gadis kelas 4 itu tak terima dan melaporkan 3 anak yang merupakan teman sekelas korban ke polisi. Namun berdasarkan penyidikan, polisi hanya menjerat S.
