Tim Survei Papua Terang Diserang KKB, 5 Prajurit TNI Terluka

PESISIR NASIONAL, Timika- Tim survei Papua Terang, program dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) diserang kelompok kriminal separatis bersenjata ( KKSB/ KKB) di Kampung Bokoa, Kabupaten Paniai, Papua, Senin (6/8/2018).

Akibat peristiwa ini, lima prajurit TNI terluka dan tiga pucuk senjata api laras panjang dirampas KKB. Awalnya, Tim survei Papua Terang yang terdiri dari 3 tenaga ahli PLN, 3 tenaga sukarela, 4 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (UI) dan 7 mahasiswa Universitas Cenderawasih berangkat dari Bandara Paniai menuju Distrik Wagemuga menggunakan 2 kapal cepat. Tim survei yang mendapat pengawalan pengamanan dari 16 prajurit TNI tiba di Kampung Wagemuga sekitar pukul 08.19 WIT.

“Tim survei yang tiba ini disambut baik oleh masyarakat Distrik Wegemuka,” kata Kepala Penerangan Kodam 17 Cenderawasih Kolonel Infantri Muhammad Aidi, Senin (6/8/2018).

Setibanya di Kampung Wagemuga, tim akan melakukan survei di Kampung Kinou. Untuk mencapai kampung tersebut, tim harus melewati Kampung Muyadebe, Kegomakida, Uwamani, Bokoa, Ugitadi, dan Dapaiba.

“Selama melewati kampung-kampung tersebut tim disambut baik masyarakat,” tutur Aidi.
Namun, saat tim tiba di Kampung Kinou, mereka dicegat tiga warga dan meminta tim untuk kembali karena tidak membawa surat izin dari pemerintah daerah setempat.

Selanjutnya, Serma Alpius Gobay berusaha untuk bernegoisasi dengan ketiga warga tersebut, tetapi ketiga warga tetap bersikukuh agar tim tetap kembali.

Untuk menghindari benturan dengan masyarakat, tim kembali menuju pelabuhan Kampung Muyadebe, Distrik Wegemuka. Namun saat berada di Kampung Bokoa mereka dikejar sekitar 50 orang yang membawa sekitar 10 pucuk senjata laras panjang campuran. Termasuk alat tajam berupa panah, parang, dan kampak.

Tak lama kemudian, dari kiri kanan dan belakang rumah penduduk muncul sekitar 30 KKSB dengan membawa sekitar 20 senjata laras panjang. Tak hanya itu, puluhan masyarakat dengan membawa alat tajam berupa panah, kampak, dan parang juga ikut keluar rumah mengepung tim survei ini. Saat tim survei diserang, prajurit TNI berusaha melawan untuk mempertahankan senjatanya. Namun, karena jumlah tidak berimbang, KKSB berhasil merampas 3 pucuk senjata laras panjang.

Sementara ratusan masyarakat lainnya yang melihat peristiwa itu kemudian berdatangan melindungi tim survei dan mengusir kelompok KKSB.

“Untuk menghindari jatuh korban masyarakat sipil, Serma Alifius Gobay memerintahkan kepada seluruh anggota agar tidak ada yang mengeluarkan tembakan,” kata dia.

Akibat kejadian tersebut, lima prajurit TNI terluka. Mereka yakni Serma Alfius Gobay Bibir, Sertu Yauji, Sertu Hardi, Kopda Karyadi, dan Prada Irfandi.
Sementara tim survei dalam keadaan aman dan saat ini seluruh korban telah dievakuasi ke Paniai.

“Korban Kopda Karyadi dan Prada Irfandi mendapat perawatan medis di RSUD Kabupaten Paniai,” ungkap Aidi.

Ciptakan Teror Menurut Aidi, tim survei ini bekerja agar seluruh masyarakat Papua mendapatkan penerangan listrik hingga ke pedalaman. Namun sayangnya, muncul sekelompok orang yang selalu menghambat proses pembangunan di tanah Papua melakukan tindakan kekerasan dan tidak berprikemanusiaan.

“Mereka (KKSB) ini mempersenjatai diri secara ilegal dan selalu membuat kekacauan di tanah Papua, dengan dalih perjuangan kemerdekaan Papua pisah dari NKRI,” kata dia.

“Padahal merekalah yang telah merampas kemerdekaan Masyarakat Papua. Mereka menciptakan teror, melakukan pembantaian baik terhadap masyarakat sipil maupun aparat keamanan,” pungkas dia.
