Heboh fhoto hakim salam dua jari

Pesisirnasional.com Jakarta – Dunia peradilan digegerkan oleh sebuah foto hakim ‘salam dua jari’. Padahal Dirjen Badilum Mahkamah Agung (MA) telah melarang hakim menunjukkan keberpihakan dalam pilpres. Selidik punya selidik, foto itu adalah sekelompok hakim yang bertugas di PN Jakpus.

Mereka dengan senyum lebar berfoto bersama dengan jari jempol dan telunjuk mengacung. Bentuk jari itu menyerupai salam yang bisa digunakan oleh tim Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno dalam kampanye.

Berdasarkan foto yang didapat, foto itu menampilkan 10 hakim memakai toga merah. Dari 10 hakim itu, satu di antaranya perempuan dan berjilbab. Mereka dengan senyum lebar berfoto bersama dengan jari jempol dan telunjuk mengacung. Bentuk jari itu menyerupai salam yang bisa digunakan oleh tim Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno dalam kampanye.

Ada satu hakim yang mengepalkan tangan dan satunya mengacungkan jempol.

“Jadi itu diambil 3 bulan lalu. Itu karena ada teman hakim pindah ke PN Bengkulu minta foto kenang-kenangan dan foto gaya bebas dan tidak ada kata-kata apa. Kok keluar sekarang. Kurang-lebih 3 bulan lalu,” ujar Yanto.

Sebelumnya, Dirjen Badilum membuat surat edaran bernama ‘Larangan Hakim Berpolitik’ yang ditandatangani Dirjen Badilum Herri Swantoro pada 7 Februari 2019. Dirjen meminta para hakim di lingkungan pengadilan umum mematuhi dan melaksanakan surat edaran ini.

“Hakim harus imparsial dan independen. Hakim dilarang mengunggah, menanggapi (seperti like, berkomentar, dan sejenisnya) atau menyebarkan gambar/foto bakal calon, visi-misi, mengeluarkan pendapat yang menunjukkan keberpihakan salah satu calon,” demikian bunyi surat edaran Dirjen Badilum.
