Adapun Sequis merupakan salah satu dari 5 perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia yang terpilih menerima penghargaan ini karena dianggap berhasil menciptakan pemberitaan positif dan citra yang baik melalui kinerja Public Relations (PR) yang dimiliki perusahaan. Fungsi PR yang memenangkan penghargaan pada ICPR Award 2018 dinilai sukses sebagai penyelenggara penyampaian informasi secara lisan maupun tulisan kepada publik agar publik dapat memahami informasi dengan benar termasuk menangkap citra baik perusahaan maupun tokoh di perusahaan tersebut.
“Penghargaan ini merupakan prestasi yang membanggakan sekaligus membuktikan keberhasilan kami dalam memberikan beragam informasi yang positif dan berkualitas yang dapat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat,” ujar Felicia.
Menurutnya, pemberitaan yang diberikan Sequis cukup cepat direspon oleh media dan masyarakat. Untuk industri asuransi sendiri, Ia melihat perkembangan pemberitaanya di media semakin positif dan kompetitif. Telah banyak perusahaan asuransi yang memanfaatkan PR untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat luas. Ia percaya komunikasi yang baik dari perusahaan memegang peranan penting dalam membantu masyarakat Indonesia untuk memahami produk-produk asuransi guna mewujudkan hari esok yang lebih baik.
