Makasar, PESISIR NASIONAL Com – Terpilihnya kembali Nurdin Halid sebagai Ketua Umum Dekopin pada Musyarah Nasional (Munas) Dekopin 2019 di Makasar dinilai menabrak Ad/Art

Ketua dekopinda Dumai – Riau Ahmad Maritulius menyatakan kegiatan munas ini sangat tidak mecerminkan azas yang berpatutan ,pelaksanaan munas ini dangat disayangkan ,apalagi menggunakan uang negara.

Ketua Forurm Nasional Penyelamat Dekopin, Sri Untari Bisowarno mengatakan bahwa Munas Dekopin 2019 sudah secara terstruktur dan sistematis telah menabrak Anggaran Dasar. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan dipaksakannya Munas Khusus untuk merubah Anggaran Dasar yang nyata-nyata melanggar Anggaran Dasar Pasal 33.

“Disamping itu, terpilihnya Nurdin Halid sebagai ketua umum Dekopin periode 2019 – 2024 juga melanggar Anggaran Dasar Pasal 19 ayat (1) tentang masa jabatan dan ayat (3) tentang batasan periodesasi Ketua Umum yang disahkan melalaui Kepres No. 6 tahun 2011. Perlu diketahui bahwa Anggaran Dasar baru bisa dioprasionalkan setelah disahkan oleh Presiden melalui Kepres. Adapun Anggaran Dasar perubahan hasil Munas Khusus pun juga cacat hukum karena tidak memiliki Kepres”, ujar Sri Untari di hotel Mercure Pettarani, Rabu (13/11/2019).

Oleh karena itu, Sri Untari mengambil sikap akan menyurati pemerintah agar Pengurus Dekopin Hasil Munas tersebut untuk tidak diakui. Bahkan pihaknya mengancam, apabila pemerintah merestui, maka akan menggugat melalui PTUN.

“Mereka itu sudah melanggar Kepres No. 6 Tahun 2011 tetang pengesahan Anggaran Dasar Dekopin. Artinya secara tidak langsung mereka sudah tidak menghormati Presiden karena tanpa Kepres sudah berani melakukan pemilihan Ketua Umum dengan menggunakan Anggaran Dasar yang seharusnya disahkan dengan Kepres”.

“Kami akan menyurati pemerintah agar tidak mengakui Pengurus Hasil Munas tersebut. Dan apabila hal tersebut terjadi kami akan lakukan proses hukum melalui PTUN,” tegasnya.

Perlu diketahui bahwa Forum Nasional Penyelamat Dekopin merupakan gerakan koperasi yang dipelopori oleh Dekopinwil Jatim yang didukung oleh seluruh Dekopinda se-jatim, ratusan Dekopinda dari 10 Wilayah dan beberapa pengurus Induk koperasi yang telah memisahkan diri dan meneruskan Munas yang tetap berpijak pada Anggaran Dasar yang disahkan dengan Kepres.
