EMP Malacca Strait SA Gelar Pengobatan Gratis Untuk Masyarakat Di Sei Apit

MERANTI (pesisirnasional.com)- Sebagai wujud kepedulian pihak Perusahaan diwilayah operasionalnya, Energi Mega Persada (EMP) Malacca Strait SA bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Sei Apit gelar pengobatan gratis untuk masyarakat. Kegiatan tersebut berjalan sukses dan lancar yang dinilai lebih dari 200 warga di Sei Apit dan sekitarnya menikmati pelayanan gratis itu pada Minggu, (01/12/2019) kemarin.

Terlihat dilapangan tampak warga berbondong-bondong menuju lokasi kegiatan di Aula Kantor Penghulu Kampung Bunsur. Pengobatan massal gratis pasca kabut asap ini juga bersamaan dengan acara jalan santai “Road to Sei Apit” untuk menyukseskan Gerhana Matahari Cincin (GMC) pada 26 Desember mendatang.

GPA Manager EMP, Amru Mahali melalui rilis persnya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah mengsukseskan kegiatan tersebut, di antaranya Bupati Siak, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Siak, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Siak, Camat Sei Apit, Kepala Puskesmas Sei Apit, Penghulu Kampung Bunsur, Penghulu Kampung Lalang dan Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja (UKK) Petani Sehat Bertuah Kampung Bunsur serta pihak-pihak terkait lainnya.

Pada kegiatan sosial ini EMP Malacca Strait SA berpartisipasi dengan menyediakan obat-obatan untuk pasien. Selain obat, pihak EMP Malacca Strait SA juga memberikan bantuan vitamin untuk balita, lansia dan ibu hamil dalam rangka meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh pasca bencana kabut asap.

Seperti diketahui, Sei Apit khususnya Kampung Bunsur merupakan lokasi yang paling strategis untuk menyaksikan GMC yang menjadi iven nasional tersebut. Saat ini Pemkab Siak bersama sejumlah perusahaan termasuk EMP Malacca Strait SA sedang membangun lapangan yang cukup luas di mana diperkirakan ribuan orang dari berbagai daerah baik nasional maupun mancanegara akan berkunjung ke Kampung Bunsur nantinya, beber Amru Mahali.

Selain itu juga, EMP Malacca Strait saat ini sedang membangun dermaga (jetty) sepanjang 100 meter menjorok ke tengah laut yang diperuntukkan kepada masyakarat yang ingin menyaksikan GMC dengan lebih jelas pada 26 Desember mendatang, mudah-mudahan kegiatan iven berskala internasional ini nantinya dapat terlaksana dengan lancar sebagaimana yang diharapkan bersama, ungkap GPA Manager EMP, Amru Mahali.(Andi/rls)
