JAKARTA,PesisirNasional- Seorang wanita di China datang ke dokter dengan keluhan mata terasa perih. Dokter menemukan sesuatu yang tak terduga yakni 4 ekor lebah hidup di kantong mata dan meminum air mata.
Pasien 20-an tahun yang disebut bernama Ms He ini mengaku baru saja pulang dari pemakaman. Saat tengah mencabuti rumput di tanah, angin bertiup lalu sesuatu masuk ke matanya.
Awalnya disangka cuma kelilipan pasir atau debu. Ms He menggosok matanya, tetapi justru makin terasa perih dan kelopaknya membengkak. Ia memutuskan untuk periksa ke dokter.
Di Fooyin University Hospital, Taiwan, dokter segera memeriksa keluhan pasien.
“Saya melihat sesuatu yang sepertinya kaki serangga, jadi saya tarik keluar di bawah mikroskop satu persatu tanpa merusak tubuhnya,” jelas Dr Hung yang menangani pasien, seperti dikutip dari The Sun.
Dokter berhasil mengeluarkan empat ekor lebah kecil. Jenis lebah ini tertarik pada garam, dan karenanya kerap meminum keringat manusia dan disebut sweat bee atau lebah keringat. Namun dalam kasus yang diklaim pertama kali di dunia ini, lebah tersebut meminum air mata.
Pasien dilaporkan telah membaik setelah mendapat perawatan.
