Menko Polhukam: Hoaks Bentuk Lain Teror Pada Masyarakat

JAKARTA,PesisirNasional– Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan Wiranto menegaskan penyebaran berita hoax dan menguatnya politik identitas dalam ajang Pemilihan Umum Serentak Tahun 2019 merupakan bentuk lain dari teror kepada masyarakat, karena mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis rakyat Indonesia sehingga para pelakunya harus diambil langkah hukum yang tegas.

“Semakin menguatnya politik identitas menggunakan isu-isu SARA, telah menjadi salah satu strategi bagi pihak-pihak tertentu yang tidak bertanggungjawab dalam memenangkan konstelasi Ppemilu, sehingga menyebabkan disintegrasi bangsa dan hilangnya rasionalitas dalam menentukan pilihan politiknya,” kata Menko Polhukam Wiranto saat memimpin Apel Kesiapan TNI-Polri dan Komponen Bangsa Lainnya dalam Rangka Pileg dan Pilpres Tahun 2019 yang digelar di Skuadron 17 Lapangan Udara Halim Perdana Kusuma, Jakarta, Jumat (22/3/2019).

Ia kembali mengingatkan masyarakat untuk tidak perlu takut terhadap isu-isu bohong dan menyesatkan selama pelaksanaan rangkaian Pemilihan Umum Serentak 2019. Dirinya menyampaikan bahwa hal tersebut merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab komponen keamanan, serta didukung dan dibantu oleh seluruh komponen yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu.
“Tentu saja tidak mungkin kita kerjakan sendiri, kita tetap meminta dukungan, bantuan, partisipasi dari seluruh yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu ini agar semuanya bisa berjalan baik. Jaminannya ada di bangsa Indonesia bahwa Pemilu ini adalah Pemilu yang akan aman, akan lancar, akan sukses, dan itu merupakan kebanggaan kita sebagai bangsa,” ucapnya.

Selain itu, saat memberikan amanat apel, Menko Polhukam berharap kepada seluruh prajurit TNI-Polri dan komponen masyarakat yang dilibatkan agar melaksanakan tugas pengamanan Pemilu dengan penuh dedikasi dan rasa tanggung jawab, karena bagi parjurit Bhayangkari Negara tugas adalah kehormatan yang tidak ternilai harganya.

Dalam melaksanakan tugas pengamananan penyelenggaraan Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2019, dirinya mengingatkan seluruh prajurit TNI-Polri yang terlibat untuk mempedomani seluruh prosedur tetap yang berlaku sehingga tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan senantiasa terukur sesuai aturan hukum.
“Wujudkan sinergitas antara TNI-Polri dengan penyelenggara Pemilu dan seluruh komponen masyarakat agar setiap permasalahan yang muncul di lapangan dapat dihadapi, dikoordinasikan dan dipecahkan bersama,” kata Menko Polhukam.

Dirinya melanjutkan bahwa disamping melaksanakan tugas mengamankan penyelenggaraan Pemilu, TNI-Polri juga harus mempu mendewasakan masyarakat dalam berdemokrasi sehingga tidak mudah terprovokasi dengan isu-isu dan berita bohong atau hoax yang beredar dan menimbulkan keresahan.

“Saya sangat meyakini bahwa unsur Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas serta perangkat pemerintahan pada strata desa/kelurahan sangat menguasai situasi di wilayahnya. Dengan bekal inilah diharapkan saudara-saudara mampu menjaga stabilitas keamanan dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2019,” ucap Menko Polhukam.

1.Di akhir amanatnya, Menko Polhukam memberikan 6 penekanan yang perlu dipedomani seluruh komponen yang terlibat dalam melaksanakan tugas pengamanan Pemilu. Keenam pedoman tersebut yaitu :

2.Pahami bahwa tugas pengamanan Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2019 ini adalah kehormatan dan kebanggaan yang tidak dapat dinilai dengan apapun sekaligus menjadi amal ibadah yang akan mendapatkan balasan pahala dari Tuhan YME bila dilaksanakan dengan tulus ikhlas;

3.Jalin sinergitas anatara unsur Pemerintah, TNI-Polri dan seluruh komponen masyarakat guna mewujudkan keamanan dan kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas;

4.Segera kenali, cari, temukan dan atasi serta netralisir potensi kerawanan agar tidak berkembang dan mengganggu penyelenggaraan Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2019;

5.Tindak tegas sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku terhadap pihak-pihak yang mencoba mengganggu kelancaran Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2019;

6.Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas harus mampu ikut serta menenangkan masyarakat agar tidak resah dengan menyebarnya berita-berita hoax serta dapat menguatnya politik identitas yang dapat menggerus disintegrasi bangsa; dan

7.Inventarisir dan berkoordinasi dengan tokoh agama, tokoh adat, tokoh pemuda, serta tokoh masyarakat untuk memberikan rasa tenang kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat menggunakan hak pilihnya dengan aman.
