PesisirNasional- Polri berupaya mencegah adanya ‘serangan fajar’ dalam rangkaian Pemilu 2019 hingga hari pencoblosan nanti, biasanya modus serangan itu berupa pemberian bantuan. “Modus mereka seperti memberikan uang, sembako dan sarana kepada masyarakat agar memilih caleg,” ujar Karopenmas Mabes Polri Brigjen Pol Dedi Prasetyo di Mabes Polri, Kamis (4/4/2019). Pola pemberian, lanjut dia, dapat berupa door to door ke warga atau melalui acara kegiatan masyarakat tergantung situasi di daerah tersebut.
Kini Satgas Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu) telah menerima 31 laporan terkait politik uang. Ia melanjutkan berdasarkan data terakhir hingga 29 Maret 2019, ada beberapa daerah di Indonesia yang telah teridentifikasi dari laporan politik uang seperti Jakarta, Jawa Tengah, Kalimantan, Maluku, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, Papua, Bangka Belitung, Sumatera Barat, Sulawesi Tengah dan Nusa Tenggara Timur.
“Semuanya sedang kami proses penyidikan oleh Sentra Gakkumdu di kabupaten maupun kota. Politik uang merupakan tindak pidana pelanggaran pemilu,” sambung Dedi. Polri pun akan memaksimalkan patroli terpadu pada minggu tenang kampanye. Salah satu caranya dengan melihat timses paslon untuk mencegah adanya ‘serangan fajar’. “Kami antisipasi serangan fajar pada saat minggu tenang, kami akan optimalkan pelaksanaan patroli terpadu,” kata Dedi.
Kasus politik uang kembali mencuat lantaran politikus Golkar, Bowo Sidik Pangarso ditangkap jajaran Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam operasi tangkap tangan, Kamis (28/3/2019) dini hari. Bowo diduga menerima uang dari Manager Marketing PT Humpuss Asty Winasti melalui orang suruhannya yang bernama Indung.
Bowo menerima uang Rp221 juta dan 85.130 dolar AS lewat tujuh kali pemberian. Kedua orang itu pun telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Bowo diduga telah mengumpulkan duit dari sejumlah pihak lain sehingga total uang yang ia terima mencapai Rp8 miliar. Uang itu telah dimasukkan ke dalam amplop yang masing-masing berisi pecahan Rp50 ribu atau Rp20 ribu.
Jumlah amplop mencapai 400 ribu dan seluruhnya dimasukkan ke dalam 84 kardus besar. Rencananya, uang itu digunakan sebagai untuk ‘serangan fajar’ pada hari pencoblosan, 17 April mendatang. Bowo mencalonkan diri jadi anggota legislatif melalui Partai Golkar di daerah pemilihan Jawa Tengah II.
