DUMAI (pesisirnasional.com) – Terhitung sejak Januari 2019 tahun ini, retribusi terminal barang kembali dikelola oleh Dishub Kota Dumai. Melalui UPTD-nya, instansi tersebut menargetkan PAD sebesar Rp19,5 miliar.
Kepala UPTD Terminal Barang Dumai, Ramlan S saat
dihubungi, Senin (28/1) mengatakan, bahwa pihaknya
kembali dipercaya mengelola retribusi di terminal
barang. Kebijakan tersebut setelah sebelumnya
retribusi dikelola oleh pihak ketiga.
“Ya, mulai tahun ini tepatnya awal Januari ini
retribusi terminal barang diserahkan ke kita.
Sebelumnya sempat dikelola oleh pihak ketiga,” ujar
Ramlan.
Ramlan yang dijumpai di ruang kerjanya, menjelaskan
perihal target yang hendak dicapainya dalam tahun
ini. Yakni sebesar Rp119,5 miliar. Dimana, target
tersebut naik dari tahun sebelumnya yang hanya
berkisar sekitar 17,5 miliar.
“Tagretnya naik dari tahun sebelumnya. Kita
dibebankan sebesar Rp19,5 miliar. Sebagai primadona
PAD Kota Dumai, retribusi terminal barang ini akan
kita kelola sedemikian rupa. Sehingga target yang
diembankan tercapai. Bahkan kalau bisa berlebih,”
urainya.
Lebih lanjut dikatakan Ramlan, hingga kini belum
ada kendala berarti dalam menjalankan pungutan
retribusi. Petugas dan supir truk saling
berkoordinasi di lapangan. Begitu juga dengan
pengawasan yang selalu dipantau ekstra
