Meranti (pesisirnasional.com)- Sekalipun Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti kian meningkat, rupanya hal itu belum tentu dapat menopang dan meningkatkan pembangunan infrastruktur di setiap pedesaan.

Hal ini dapat di buktikan, sejak beberapa tahun berpisah dari Kabupaten induk yakni Kabupaten Bengkalis. Namun kondisi pelabuhan umum Desa Kudap Kecamatan Tasik Putri Puyu Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sejak lama sudah mengalami rusak parah dan memperihatinkan.

Pantauan awak media di lapangan menemukan saat ini kondisi pelabuhan umum tersebut sulit untuk di lewati, padahal pelabuhan umum tersebut yang di bangun sejak zaman Kabupaten Bengkalis itu, kondisi nya sangat di memprihatinkan dan khawatirkan bisa menelan korban jiwa.

Sedangkan, pelabuhan tersebut merupakan urat nadi ekonomi sejumlah masyarakat sebagai tempat untuk bongkar muat bagi buruh. Tidak hanya itu, pelabuhan umum tersebut juga merupakan pangkalan penyeberangan masyarakat tempatan dan sekitarnya untuk menuju ke pulau Bengkalis.

Kepala Desa Kudap, Sutrisno saat di konfirmasi terkait kondisi pelabuhan umum tersebut melalui sambungan handphone selulernya pada jumat (9/8/2019) membenarkan dan mengatakan, benar kondisi jambatan kami sejak lama sudah mengalami kerusakan parah dan memperihatinkan.

Diakuinya, kita sudah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengajukan usulan kepihak dinas terkait di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, namun sampai saat ini belum ada respon dan belum ada terealisasi, jelas Kades Kudap Sutrisno.

Di katakannya, pelabuhan umum itu selain di gunakan untuk bongkar muat petani dan buruh, juga setiap hari nya dan setiap waktu di digunakan oleh masyarakat beberapa daerah kecamatan untuk menuju Kabupaten Bengkalis.

Dirinya berharap, agar usulan kita dapat di respon oleh dinas terkait, karena ini merupakan harapan masyarakat tempatan sebagai mana yang kita harapkan bersama, ungkap Kepala Desa Kudap Sutrisno.(Ali Sanip).
