Taufikurrahman: Membangun Itu Berat, Mari Jaga Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Rakyat

MERANTI (Pesisirnasional.com)- Sebagai Kabupaten termuda di Provinsi Riau, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti terus berbenah dan secara bertahap melaksanakan pembangunan yang terus berlanjut dari tahun ke tahun. Semua itu tidak terlepas dari peran serta pihak Pemerintah Daerah selaku eksekutif dan pihak Legislatif di DPRD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dalam memperjuangkan berbagai program berbasis kepentingan masyarakat banyak.

Buktinya, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Kepulauan Meranti baru-baru ini tengah menggesa pembangunan Gedung Kantor Camat di dua Kecamatan tahun 2019 ini, yakni pembangunan gedung kantor Camat Kecamatan Pulau Merbau yang berlokasikan di Jalan Adnan Pulau Besar, Desa Renak Dungun dan pembangunan gedung kantor Camat Kecamatan Tasik Putri Puyu yang berlokasikan di Jalan Bangun Sari Desa Bandul. Sebab, kantor Kecamatan sebagai pusat Pemerintahan disebuah Kecamatan harus memiliki fasilitas yang representatif agar mampu memberikan pelayanan optimal dan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

Dimana saat ini dari hasil peninjauan progres pembangunan kantor Camat Kecamatan Pulau Merbau tersebut yang dibangun oleh CV. Wilia Pratama Mandiri itu baru menuntaskan pembuatan pondasi. Ditargetkan pembangunan Kantor Kecamatan yang bersumber dari dana APBD Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sebesar Rp. 2,1 Miliar itu akan tuntas dalam waktu 6 bulan kedepan atau selama 180 hari.

Selanjutnya, sekedar informasi dana proyek pembangunan Gedung untuk Kecamatan Tasik Putri Puyu ini juga bersumberkan dari APBD Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sebesar Rp. 2,1 Miliyar, yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Nurhayati 3 dengan lama pengerjaan selama 180 hari atau 6 Bulan. Terlihat dilapangan sejauh ini progres pembangunannya sudah cukup baik dengan menuntaskan pondasi dan beberapa tiang bangunan.

Menanggapi pembangunan yang masuk di wilayah Kecamatan Pulau Merbau dan Tasik Putri Puyu, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, DR. H. Taufikurrahman, M.Si saat berbincang bersama pesisirnasional.com baru-baru ini di Selatpanjang menuturkan bahwa semua pembangunan yang masuk dikampung kita adalah hasil perjuangan bersama dan merupakan langkah Pemerintah dalam membangun daerah agar lebih baik lagi secara bertahap.

Dengan semua pembangunan yang ada, politisi Gerindra Kepulauan Meranti itu mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk ikut berperan aktif dalam mengontrol dan menjaga hasil pembangunan yang masuk di kampung kita masing-masing.

“Mari sama-sama jaga dan kontrol pembangunan yang sudah dan akan berjalan dikampung kita agar semua sesuai harapan dan bermanfaat banyak bagi kepentingan umum”, imbau Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kepulauan Meranti itu.

Selain itu juga, Wakil Ketua 1 DPRD Kepulauan Meranti itu menjelaskan, Kantor Camat inikan adalah sebuah icon Kecamatan yang harus terlihat megah, sehingga pembangunan kantor Camat tersebut harus benar-benar terbagun dengan baik dan peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat diharapkan bisa lebih baik lagi kedepan.

Yang terpenting, lanjut peria gagah berjiwa pemimpin itu membeberkan, bahwa kontrol pembangunan itu adalah hal utama dalam mencapai kualitas terbaik dari hasil pembangunan itu sendiri, tentunya hal itu butuh kerjasama semua pihak khususnya masyarakat yang berdekatan langsung dengan pembangunan itu untuk ikut berperan aktif mengkontrol progres pembangunan yang sedang berjalan sehingga nantinya kualitas dan jaminan dari pembangunan tersebut benar-benar bernilai baik dan tidak gampang rusak kembali.

“Proses pembangunan yang dibangun dengan uang rakyat diharapkan bisa dimanfaatkan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, sehingga hal terpenting semua fasilitas yang dibangun oleh Pemda dalam pemanfaatannya kedepan harus secara baik dirawat dan dijaga. Sebab membangun itu berat, butuh proses dan mengeluarkan anggaran yang besar, uang tersebutkan dari pajak masyarakat, jadi harus benar-benar untuk masyarakat”, ungkap Taufik.

Dengan adanya pembangunan kantor Camat di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau yang baru mampu menjadi salah satu langkah jitu untuk menambah semangat staf dan pegawai di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau dalam berkerja khususnya melayani masyarakat disegala urusan Kecamatan.

Harapan ini disampaikan Camat Pulau Merbau, M. Nazar saat dimintai tanggapan terkait bangunan baru kantor Camat tersebut. Ia menuturkan, kita berharap pembangunan ini bisa selesai tepat pada waktunya dan berjalan baik sebagaimana mestinya.

“Mari sama-sama kita menjaga dan mengontrol pembangunan ini agar berjalan sesuai aturan dan bisa bermanfaat banyak bagi kepentingan masyarakat kedepan”, pungkasnya.

Pembangunan Yang Merata Di Perdesaan Menjadi Prioritas

Dalam rangka membangun Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dibutuhkan kerjasama semua pihak dan perjuangan yang kuat dari Pemerintah dan masyarakat. Selain itu juga, semua aspek dilandaskan dari harapan dan kebutuhan daerah itu sendiri guna memperjuangkan kepentingan umum dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat banyak pula.

Sebagaimana yang dikemukakan Camat Merbau, Wan Fakhriarmi, S.Sos belum lama ini kepada pesisirnasional.com. Dikatakannya, bahwa kita dari pihak pemerintah Kecamatan Merbau hal utama saat ini menggesa pembagunan Jalan Poros terlebih dahulu yang diharapkan mampu merata untuk semua Desa se Kecamatan Merbau.

“Saat ini, yang menjadi prioritas utama, dengan disertai kegiatan masyarakat, Puskesdes serta pembagunan pendidikan selalu di tonjolkan dalam Musrenbang oleh Desa Sungai Tengah, namun ada sebagian kendala yang perlu pembenahan pembagunan yang langsung bisa dirasakan masyarakat,” Jelas Wan Fakhriarmi.

Selain itu, Pembenahan harus selalu digesa terutama sekali pembagunan jalan poros. dalam setiap kali Musrenbang selalu di usulkan, Desa mana yang menjadi urat nadi yang bersifat membagun desa di Kecamatan Merbau.

“Sudah berkali-kali diusulkan sejak saya menjadi camat di awal 2017 lalu, sudah tiga kali di usulkan mudah-mudahan tahun ini dapat di kerjakan jalan poros menjadi urat nadi perekonomian masyarakat tersebut,” beber Wan Fakhriarmi optimis bisa terealisasi.

Peria bersahaja itu juga mengatakan, kita dari pihak Kecamatan Merbau terus berupaya membantu pertumbuhan pembagunan Desa, namun desa-desa yang ada, akan segara di realisasikan tahun depan sehingga secepatnya masyarakat bisa merasakan pembangunan dan perubahan daerah secara bertahap.

Lebih lanjut, orang nomor satu di Kecamatan Merbau itu menjelaskan, dalam aspek pembangunan desa di Kecamatan Merbau, tentunya selalu melaksanakan gotong royong dalam berbagai hal, ini dilakukan agar masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa bisa terus ikut berperan aktif dalam pembangunan Desa.

Selain itu, Kalau masalah pendidikan kerja keras Desa Sungai Tengah sudah bagus, mulai dari pertumbuhan ekonomi sudah berjalan dengan baik, rata rata masyarakat kita hanya memotong karet (getah, red) dan nelayan.

“Dengan adanya perkembangan desa desa yang maju tentunya, harapan kita semoga jalan poros di desa itu bisa terealisasi dengan baik dan mengangkat ekonomi yang harus segara di realisasikan peningkatan pembagunan dan kegiatan pembedayaan ekonomi masyarakat semakin meningkat dan menciptakan lapangan perkerjaan,” pungkas Camat Wan Fakhriarmi.
