ROHIL, Pesisirnasional.com-Bupati Rokan Hilir H.Suyatno taburkan 10 Ribu bibit ikan di Sungai Rokan, bantuan bibit ikan tersebut dari PT. SRM yang berada di Kepenghuluan Teluk Mega, Kecamatan Tanah Putih, Kabupaten Rohil, Selasa (28/08/2018) Pukul 09.30 WIB.

Bupati Rohil H.Suyatno dalam sambutanya mengatakan, bibit ikan ditaburkan ke Sungai Rokan di tengah-tengah masyarakat sebanyak (10) Ribu bibit. “Pihak perusahaan sudah berniat baik untuk masyarakat dalam program CSR-nya,” ucap Bupati.

Pantauan di lapangan, penaburan benih ikan itu dilakukan di perairan Sungai Rokan, tepatnya di Kelurahan Sedinginan, Kecamatan Tanah Putih, Kabupaten Rohil. Selain Bupati Rohil, H. Suyatno juga turut hadir sejumlah Kepala Dinas, Kabid, Camat, Lurah, Penghulu, tokoh masyarakat,tokoh pemuda dan sejumlah lapisan masyarakat Kecamatan Tanah Putih.

Bupati Rohil, H. Suyatno mengatakan, bahwa penaburan benih ikan dilakukan PKS PT. SRM sangat baik manfaatnya bagi masyarakat. “Terkait limbah yang masih dibuang PKS PT. SRM, kita kan ada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), jadi biar DLH nanti yang menanganinya,” ujar Suyatno.

Menurut Suyatno, jika (10) Ribu benih ikan itu berjenis campuran. “Kemungkinan (3) Bulan kedepan benih ikan ini sudah besar, dan tentunya bisa dipanen oleh nelayan nantinya,” papar Suyatno.

Disamping penaburan benih ikan, Suyatno juga berharap kepada PKS PT. SRM bisa juga memperbaiki jalan-jalan yang rusak. Misalnya, jalan Jalur Dua di Kelurahan Banjar XII yang terus dilintasi kendaraan pembawa sawit ke PKS PT. SRM. “Seperti yang saya sampaikan dalam pidato saya tadi, seluruh perusahaan termasuk PKS PT. SRM, sebaiknya perbaiki jalan, baik itu menggunakan dana CSR atau dana lainnya yang ada di perusahaan itu,” ujar Suyatno.

Ketika ditanya, apakah hanya 10 Ribu ikan ini yang ditaburkan pihak PKS PT. SRM. Suyatno menjawab, jika akan ada berkelanjutan. “Kalau tidak PKS PT. SRM yang nabur benih ikan, kita dari Pemkab Rohil nanti yang akan menaburnya, setidaknya 20 Ribu bisalah nanti kita taburkan,” cetusnya.

Ketika disinggung, apakah penaburan benih ikan ini sudah masuk dalam surat keputusan nomor (544) tertanggal 4 Desember 2017 lalu, tentang sanksi Administrasi Paksaan kepada PT. SRM. “Pokoknya niat baik perusahaan sudah ada, dan sesuai harapan kita perusahaan yang ada bisa membantu kesulitan ekonomi masyarakat,” imbuhnya.

Terpisah, Kadis DLH Rohil, Suwandi SSos menerangkan, jika penaburan benih ikan dilakukan PKS PT. SRM, tidaklah menghilangkan sanksi yang pernah diberikan kepada Pks Pt. Srm. “Sanksi tetap berlanjut, bahkan kita telah hubungi pihak UMRI, jika proposal kajian kemarin sudah duduk, mungkin dalam beberapa hari kedepan telah bisa disampaikan berapa ganti rugi yang harus dilakukan pihak PKS PT. SRM itu,” tutup Suwandi. (tr/red)
