Dumai, ( PesisirNasional.Com) Persoalan izin Karoke tempat hiburan  masih saja terjadi di wilayah pemerintahan kota Dumai salah satunya  Ping karoke keluarga dumai di jalan Sultan  Hasa nudin, diduga sudah tidak berlakui namun karoke tersebut tetap aktif menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya sehari-hari rabu (12/12/ 2018).

Berdasarkan pantauan awak media di lapangan,  karoke keluarga ping ini padaawalnya  berada di depan pasar pulau payung  sebelah utara jalan Hasanudin , namun setelah itu berpindah ke selatan jalan Hasanudin, hal ini memicu pertanyaan serta menimbulkan permasalahan , Menurut pejabat perizinan Di Dinas BPMPT kota dumai “sesuai dengan peraturan bahwa perizin dikeluarkan berdasarkan tempat dan kedudukan izin  operasional karokenya. Dilainsisi ping karoke keluarga kedududukannya sudah berubah temapat dan lokasinya maka secara otomatis izin operasional yang sudah tidak berlaku dan harus didaftarkan kembali, maka secara legalitas izin usaha karoke sudah idak berlaku lagi”, tegasnya.

Diduga secara riil .SITU ( surat izin tempat usaha ) yang dikeluarkan Dinas Parawisata tertulis setiap tahun pengusaha harus melakukan pendaftaran sesuai pasal 39 ayat 1 karoke ping. Sebainya Karoke ping harus mengikuti aturan,  jika karoke tersebut ingin melanjutkan usahanya apakah dalam bentuk perorangan(pribadi) maupun koorporasi dan mengajukan perpanjangan izin kembali.

Untuk mengurus perpanjanagn harus melalui beberapa tahapan dan  persyaratan administrasi yang harus ditempuh salah satu adalah  dengan melampirkan Izin mendirikan bangunan ( IMB ).

Melihat perjalanan kasus ini awak media menanyakan kepada dinas PUPR, Informasi Kadis PUPR melalui Watshap mengatakan “ada dua bangunan yang sudah saya tanda tangani dan surat tersebut sudah dikirim dimana isi surat tersebut peringatan keras karena bangunan tersebut melanggar ketentuan”.

Persoalan ini memicu muncul masalah, ternyata Izin mendiri bangunan( IMB )  ping karoke keluarga, bangunan yang dibangun tiga ruangan ruko yang berlantai tiga ada satu rukon melanggar ketentuan, karena seyogiyanya dari gang (roots ) jalan harus ada jarak sekitar enam meter kata  pejabat  BPMT ( Badan penanaman modal Terpadu ) kita mendapat informasi apabila surat yang ketiga dikeluarkan oleh Dinas PUPR , maka akan dilakukan  perintah bongkar. Jelasnya

Pihak media mencoba mengkonfirmasikan kepada sdr Aping sebagai pengelola Ping Karoke keluarga menurutnya aping memantah dengan tegas ” bahwa kita mempunyai izin dan izin kita lengkap izin kita lengkap nya bang, ” ujarnya  tanpa mem perlihat kan bukti surat-suratnya , dengan nada tersenyum  Aping mengungkapkan, kita ngak mungkin berusaha kalau izinnya ngak lengkap,

Melihat perbedaan pengakuan tersebut Ketua Tima Investigasi  Lsm Indonesion corruption Watch ( ICW ) Kurniawan meminta “pemerintah harus melakukan investigasi ulang terhadap izin karoke yang ada, jika  benar dokumen perizinan masih berlaku  atau memang izinny sudah tidak berlaku alasanya  untuk menghindari informasi yang simpangsiur, tetapi Jka terbukti izin tersebut tidak berlaku maka karoke ping keluarga tersebut segera ditutup” tegasnya (Tim )
