Kades di Magetan yang Lolos Nyaleg Ternyata Punya Dua KTP dan Istri

MAGETAN,PesisirNasional- Pemkab Magetan mengungkap penyebab Kades aktif Desa Klagen Kecamatan Barat, Joko Sudarmawan bisa lolos menjadi Caleg DPR RI. Menurut dinas terkait, Joko memiliki KTP ganda.

Joko memiliki KTP ganda menjelang pendaftaran caleg tahun 2018. Nomor NIK sang kades tercatat dari dua wilayah berbeda. Yakni wilayah Surakarta, Jawa Tengah dan Magetan, Jawa Timur.

“Jadi yang bersangkutan identitas KTP ganda, nomor NIK nya itu dari pengecekan kita sekitar tahun 2018 saat mau mendaftar caleg,” kata Staf Administrator Database Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Magetan Dandung Eko Saputra kepada detikcom di kantornya, Selasa (2/4/2019).

Dandung menduga, saat mendaftar caleg tertera alamat dan nomor NIK berbeda. Namun NIK yang Magetan dihapus sehingga Joko menjadi caleg menggunakan NIK Surakarta tapi alamat tetap di Magetan,” ujarnya.

Menurut Dandung, Joko menggunakan KTP lama saat mendaftar sebagai caleg. Dalam KTP tersebut tertera pekerjaan yang bersangkutan sebagai wiraswasta bukan kades. Dandung menduga adanya unsur kesengajaan yang dilakukan sang kades agar lolos menjadi caleg DPR RI.

“Disinyalir memang data ganda. Gitu mungkin dulu waktu daftar nyaleg kan harus berhenti KTP elektronik. Tanpa klarifikasi ke kita kalau dia punya KTP lama masih aktif akhirnya diterima mungkin kaya gitu. Dan waktu dia datang lagi ke capil untuk pengurusan apa yang harus e-KTP akhirnya ketahuan ganda sehingga oleh Surakarta langsung dihapus yang Magetan, untuk di pakai yang Surakarta naiknya,” tambahnya.

Dandung kemudian mengungkapkan fakta lain tentang Joko. Jadi selain memiliki KTP ganda, Joko juga memiliki dua istri. Yang satu sebagai perangkat di Desa Klagen dan satu istri lainnya berada di Surakarta.

“KTP dan KK nya itu terbitan di bawah 2014 yang karena itu manual. Yang itu kemarin posisinya saya lihat ganda nyuwun sudah (maaf) dia punya dua istri. Dua istri satu di Klagen satunya di Surakarta KTP-nya itu Surakarta yang ditunjukkan ya ke saya. Ternyata kayak gitu saya nggak berani untuk mengeluarkan,” pungkasnya.

Sebelumnya Bawaslu Magetan menemukan nama kades aktif Desa Klagen sebagai salah satu Caleg DPR RI. Joko maju melalui Partai Gerindra untuk dapil Jatim VIII. Yakni meliputi Kabupaten dan Kota Madiun, Kabupaten Nganjuk, Jombang dan Mojokerto.
