Hal tersebut disampaikan Pj Sekda Rohul, H.Abdul Haris, saat menghadiri pelantikan 11 perangkat desa yang baru, di jajaran Desa Rambah Samo Barat, Kecamatan Rambah Samo, Rabu (29/8/2018), yang dihadiri Camat Rambah Samo, Adi Irawan, Kadis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa juga staf ahli Bupati, Irpan Rido.
Pada kegiatan itu, ke 11 perangkat desa dikukuhkan dan dilanrik oleh Kades Rambah Samo Barat Yarmanis Daulay, disaksikan Kapolsek Rambah Samo AKP Dedi Siswanto SH, para kepala desa di Rambah Samo, sejumlah tokoh masyarakat, ketua LKA, perangkat desa lainnya, serta para ibu PKK desa di Rambah Samo.
“Perangkat desa harus bisa buat program-program dan kebersamaan, untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, kemudian bagaimana masyarakat di Rambah Samo Barat kedepannya kita berdayakan dan dilibatkan dengan program yang ada,”
“Kemudian, yang paling penting partisipasi masyarakat harus dimunculkan, setidaknya mereka kita ikutkan terhadap program padat karya. Kita harus banyak libatkan masyarakat, memahami masyarakat. Karena kini masyarakat kita transisi, seperti bila dulunya kita tidak pernah peduli terhadap hutan, terhadap sumberdaya alam yang ada di sekitar kita, kini dengan modal foto saja bisa menghasilkan uang tanpa harus merusak hutan dan lingkungan kita,” kata Pj Sekda Rohul.
Pj Sekda Rohul Abdul Haris, juga mencontohkan seperti di Kampar, ada satwa harimau yang direkam kehidupannnya sampai melahirkan. Rekaman tersebut mahal dan membahana di dunia setelah rekamannya dijual melalui TV terkenal. Kini masuk youtube dan ditayangkan, dan dapat bayaran malahal dari TV tersebut, kini mendapat dukungan WWF termasuk hutan yang ada di Aek Martua, Bangun Purba.
“Sehingga, perubahan pola fikir masyarakat kedepannya harus lebih maju, tanpa harus merusak lingkungan, dan ini tugas perangkat desa kedepannya. Dengan hadirnya perangkat desa yang baru agar maka Kades harus membuat program-program dan kebersamaan baik BPD juga perangkat desa, buat program yang bisa tingkatkan ekonomi masyarakat,” harap Pj Sekda.
Kades Rambah Samo Barat, Yarmanis berterima kasih, atas kehadiran Pj Sekda Rohul yang sudah memberikan banyak masukan. Dirinya bersama seluruh perangkat desa, akan membuat program program agar ekonomi masyarakat di desanya bisa meningkat dengan baik.
