Polisi Maroko Tangkap Seorang WN Swiss Terkait Kasus Pembunuhan 2 Turis Wanita

Maroko(Pesisirnasional.com )- Aparat keamanan Maroko menangkap seorang pria warga negara Swiss dalam kasus pembunuhan sadis dua turis wanita. Pria tersebut diduga sengaja merekrut warga Maroko dan negara-negara sub-Sahara lain untuk melakukan aksi-“Mereka juga diperintahkan menyerang aparat keamanan setempat untuk merampas senjatanya,” ujar pihak intelijen Maroko seperti dikutip Reuters, Minggu (30/12).

Pria yang ditangkap itu juga memiliki kewarganegaraan Spanyol dan tinggal di Maroko.

Louisa Vesterager Jespersen (24) dari Denmark dan Maren Ueland (28) asal Norwegia ditemukan tewas secara mengenaskan tanggal 17 Desember lalu di dekat Imlil, Pegunungan Atlas.

Polisi Maroko telah menangkap 19 orang lainnya terkait dengan aksi pembunuhan yang diduga terkait aksi terorisme. Termasuk empat pelaku utama yang disebut telah menyatakan diri setia kepada ISIS.

Namun juru bicara pihak keamanan Maroko Boubker Sabik menyebut empat pembunuh itu sebagai ‘lone wolf’ atau pelaku tunggal dan tidak terkait kepada sel ISIS mana pun. Aksi mereka juga tidak terkoordinasi pada kelompok militan ISIS.(red)
