Meranti (pesisirnasional.com)- Sebagai langkah mewujudkan perubahan daerah yang lebih baik secara bertahap dibutuhkan upaya, kerja keras dan kerja cerdas dari seorang pemimpin yang tentunya turut didukung semua pihak sebagai pondasi dalam membangun.
Hal ini juga telah dibuktikan dengan terlihatnya gerakan dan bukti nyata pembangunan yang sudah selesai dikerjakan maupun yang lagi berjalan pengerjaan pembangunnya di Desa Segomeng, Kecamatan Rangsang Barat.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kepala Desa (Kades) Segomeng, Ahmad Saleh saat berbincang bersama pesisirnasional.com belum lama ini di kantor Desanya. Dikatakannya, sejauh ini memang kita dari pihak Pemerintah Desa telah berupaya semaksimal mungkin membangun Desa ini secara bertahap, dimana dalam satu tahun setegah kepemimpinan saya hingga saat ini yang sudah kita realisasikan ada beberapa item, dan semua itu merupakan misi dan niat saya waktu mencalonkan diri sebagai Kades di Desa ini.
Sosok pemimpin yang sudah mengabdi di Pemerintahan sejak tahun 1983 itu membeberkan, dulunya Desa kami jika ada masyarakat yang mengalami musibah khususnya meninggal dunia sangat sulit akses untuk menempuh perjalanan ke tempat pemakaman umum, makanya kita gesa pelebaran jalan dan pembangunan jalan yang sudah selesai dilakukan seperti diwilayah Dusun Purwosari, wilayah jalan Impres, jalan Firta dan lainnya menjadi perhatian kita.
Selain itu juga, kita saat ini lagi menggesa pembangunan lapangan sepak bola buat pemuda di Desa ini yang sudah hampir rampung dikerjakan dengan persentase lebih kurang 80 persen teralisasi. Mudah-mudahan ini mampu menjawab peningkatan minat dan bakat olah raga putra daerah kami yang selama ini sulit terjawabkan diakibatkan kurang maksimalnya sarana olahraga yang memadai, tutur Ahmad Saleh.
Yang tidak kalah menariknya, pembangunan yang kita lakukan dan dinilai terbaik saat ini oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti adalah pembangunan gedung Posyandu lengkap dengan mobilernya di dalam dan aksesoris diluar sebagai pendukung keindahan gedung Posyandu tersebut. Diakuinya, baru-baru ini saja Dinas Kesehatan malah memilih Desa kita sebagai tuan rumah dalam program stunting dan lainnya yang menggunakan fasilitas Posyandu tersebut, ini merupakan langkah nyata kita dalam membantu mempermudah pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Desa kita agar tetap terkontrol kesehatan mereka dan hidup sehat kedepan sebagai cita-cita saya dulu sebelum menjabat Kades saat ini, ujar Kades yang berstatus PNS sejak tahun 2007 tersebut.
Dengan semua itu, kita berharap kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk terus sama-sama lebih kompak dan mendukung program Pemerintah Desa kedepan agar desa kita lebih maju lagi dengan mengedepankan nilai silaturrahmi dan gotong royong. Selain itu, mari sama-sama kita menjaga pembangunan yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Desa agar berdaya guna lebih lama serta bermanfaat banyak bagi kepentingan bersama, ungkap Kades Ahmad Saleh.(Andi)
