Sejauh ini Wabup mengakui, perhatian terhadap pelaku usaha dari Dinas terkait baik disektor perdagangan, pertanian, perikanan dan sektor produktif lainnya dinilai masih minim sehingga sangat berpengaruh besar pada keberhasilan dari pelaku usaha itu sendiri.
Dicontohkan Wabup dalam sektor Pertanian ketika hasil pertanian sukses harus ada Dinas terkait yang membina dalam pengelolaan maupun pemasarannya jika tidak tentu keuntungan yang didapat dari pengusaha tidak maksimal bahkan bisa jadi hasil pertanian terbuang karena tidak tahu mau dijual kemana.
“Dan ini akan melemahkan pelaku usaha untuk berusaha jadi pembinaan adalah yang utama disamping pemberian modal awal. Ia juga meminta kepada OPD terkait untuk melakukan pembinaan konkrit kepada para pelaku usaha”, ungkap Wabup H. Said Hasyim.

Timah Tbk Semester 2 Tahun 2019 di Wilayah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, bantuan dana ini diberikan kepada 18 mitra binaan PT. Timah atau para pelaku usaha dengan total dana sebesar Rp. 360 Juta.
