ROKAN HULU,Pesisir Nasional- Seorang petani di Simpang Kanteh RT 003/ RW 003 Desa Pekan Tebih, Kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu, berinisial NA (43 tahun), diciduk personil Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Rokan Hulu (Rohul).
NA diciduk polisi Kamis (23/8/2018) sekitar pukul 17.30 Wib, dengan tuduhan sebagai pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika jenis shabu di rumahnya di Simpang Kanteh Desa Pekan Tebih, Kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu.
Jelas Kapolres Rohul AKBP M. Hasyim Risahondua melalui Paur Humas Polres Rohul Ipda Nanang Pujiono, NA ditangkap berawal informasi masyarakat diterima Satuan Resnarkoba pada Rabu 22 Agustus 2018, bahwa di Simpang Kanteh Desa Pekan Tebih marak transaksi narkotika jenis sabu.
Atas informasi tersebut, kemudian ditindaklanjuti Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Rohul AKP Masjang Effendi. Dirinya memerintahkan Kanit Idik II Satuan Resnarkoba Polres Rohul Bripka Hendri Rikardo dan 5 anggota melakukan penyelidikan, dan mengecek kebenaran informasi masyarakat.
Kemudian Kamis 23 Agustus 2018 sekitar pukul 17.30 Wib, Sat Narkoba Polres Rohul menggerebek dan menangkap seorang laki-laki inisial NA yang sedang duduk di belakang rumahnya di Simpang Kanteh Desa Pekan Tebih.
Hasil penggeledahan badan atau tempat terbuka lain. Hasil penggeledahan polisi menemukan barang bukti 18 paket diduga narkotika jenis sabu dibungkus plastik klip warna putih bening.
Kemudian, polisi juga menyita 5 plastik klip warna putih bening pembungkus narkotika jenis shabu, 1 kotak rokok merk LA Bold warna hitam, 1 handphone Nokia warna hitam, dan ditumpukan sampah ditemukan barang bukti narkotika jenis shabu di dalam kotak rokok.
“Hasil introgasi terhadap NA, narkotika diduga sabu diperoleh dari saudara HA yang tinggal di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Barang haram ini diantar oleh saudara HA dengan menumpangi bus Barumum jurusan Kepenuhan,” kata Ipda Nanang, Sabtu (25/8/2018).
“Terlapor dan berikut barang bukti kemudian dibawa ke Mapolres Rohul guna dilakukan pengembangan penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” kata Ipda Nanang Pujiono.
Kaki Tangan Bandar Narkoba di Lubuk Soting Ditangkap
Selain itu, diduga kaki tangan bandar Narkoba di Lubuk Soting Desa Tambusai Timur, Kecamatan Tambusai, juga berhahasil diringkus anggota Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Rokan Hulu (Rohul), namun sang bandar berhasil kabur.
Pengungkapan di Lubuk Soting Desa Tambusai Timur, Selasa 21 Agustus 2018, sekitar pukul 23.00 Wib. Saat itu anggota Satresnarkoba Polres Rohul menangkap lelaki berinisial AWL (28 tahun), warga Dusun Wonosri Timur, Desa Koto Tinggi, Kecamatan Rambah.
AWL ditangkap Senin 20 Agustus 2018, saat itu anggota Satuan Resnarkoba Polres Rohul mendapat informasi dari masyarakat bahwa di daerah Lubuk Soting Desa Tambusai Timur marak peredaran Narkoba dengan modus bermain judi kartu, sambil menggunakan Narkoba di sebuah gubuk di tengah areal kebun sawit masyarakat.
Informasi kemudian ditindaklanjuti Kanit Idik 2 Satuan Resnarkoba Polres Rohul Bripka Hendri Rikardo dan anggotanya, lalau dilakukan penyelidikan. Ketika dicek, di gubuk areal kebun sawit masyarakat ditemukan banyak kartu song dan bong atau alat hisap sabu dari botol plastik minuman mineral.
Sesampainya polisi di lokasi, gubuk sedang sepi dan tidak ada aktivitas perjudian. Dengan menggunakan jasa informen, lalu dilakukan pemancingan dengan memesan paket shabu kepada bandar berinisial RA, dan disepakati tempat transaksi.
Kemudian, pada Selasa 21 Agustus 2018 sekitar pukul 20.00 Wib, atas jasa informen disepakati tempat transaksi di lokasi oleh pelaku RA di gubuk areal kebun kelapa sawit masyarakat.
Saat itu, Kasat Reserse Narkoba Polres Rohul AKP Masjang Effendi bersama Kanit Idik 2 Bripka Hendri Rikardo, serta 5 anggota Satuan Resnarkoba langsung ke TKP.
Selasa sekitar pukul 23.00 Wib, polisi gerebek gubuk kosong di kebun sawit masyarakat. Saat di TKP, polisi berpapasan dengan target RA dan polisi langsung gerebek gubuk serta berhasil tangkap seorang lelaki yang mengaku berinisial AWL yang diduga kaki tangan bandar Narkoba.
“AWL berhasil diamankan, sementara RA kabur,” ungkap Kapolres Rohul AKBP M. Hasyim Risahondua, melalui Paur Humas Polres Rohul Ipda Nanang Pujiono, Sabtu (25/8/2018) malam.
AWL yang menyandang tas kulit warna hitam digeledah, dari dalam tasnya polisi menemukan barang bukti berupa 1 kotak dibalut lakban hitam, 1 kaca pirex terdapat sisa diduga narkotika jenis sabu.
“Seluruh BB diakui miliknya dan sabu diperoleh dari laki-laki inisial MAR,”ucap Ipda Nanang.
Kemudian, terlapor beserta BB dibawa dan diamankan ke Mapolres Rohul untuk dilakukan pengembangan penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” sebut Ipda Nanang Pujiono. (red)
