Fery Manager PLN Area Cabang Kota Dumai Diminta Mundur

PESISIRNASIONAL, DUMAI –  Fery Manager PLN area Kota Dumai diminta mundur. Tuntutan ini akibat kekecewaan Pelanggan PLN terhadap manajemen PLN yang diduga kinerjanya buruk dan tidak propesional, pasalnya Yulia nelfita ibu rumah tangga dan bersama ibu kandungnya yg telah janda menjadi korban pemutusan aliran listrik sepihak yang dilakukan pihak vendor PLN.

Informasi yang didapat awak media, bahwasanya persil area identitas ( ID ) tidak sesuai dengan tempat dan lokasinya.

Menurut Yulia yang disampaikan melalui Ketua Investigasi Indonesian Couruption Wacht ( ICW ) kota Dumai bahwa kami tidak mengerti sama sekali  tentang perbedaan persil dan area tersebut.

” Manalah kami tahu masalah ini, karena kami orang awam, ” kata Yulia.

Kurnia menyatakan, perbuatan pemutusan aliran listrik ini berawal dari datangnya petugas PUPL ke rumah pelanggan dijalan bintan gg sambu, kelurahan sukajadi kecamatan Dumai Kota disaat itu rumah pelanggan didatangi tiga laki-laki sekitar jam 2 siang yang duga mengaku dari petugas PLN untuk melakukan pemutusan dan pembongkaran meteran listrik milik Yulia sambil meminta tanda tangan diatas surat berwarna merah.

Menurut Kurnia, perlakuan yang dilakukan oleh petugas PLN ini sungguh tidak manusiawi, pasalnya ibu yulia sama sekali tidak mengerti kesalahannya apa, dan kenapa dibongkar sementara meteran listrik adalah meteran prabayar.

” Kita minta kepada PLN area kota Dumai untuk bertanggung jawab, jika tidak mampu segera mengundurkan diri dari jabatanya karena tidak bisa melindungi konsumen. Kasihan toh! Yulia bersama keluarganya tidur mengungsi disalah satu warung,” tegas Kurnia.

Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa Presiden Jokowi menjadikan perhatian serius terhadap kinereja petugas PLN terkait kerugian konsumen.

” Saya tahu ini tidak hanya bisa merusak reputasi PLN, Namun banyak hal diluar PLN terutama konsumen dirugikan ” Kata Presiden Jokowi ( pos kupang.com)

Dilain pihak ICW Kota Dumai Kurnia menyatakan dengan tegas listrrik sangat dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat dan tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan dizaman sekarang. Perlakuan yang dilakukan PLN adalah tidak manusiawi karena kesalahan bukan terletak pada konsumen yaitu ibu yulia.

“Kami dari ICW Kota Dumai sangat kesal  terhadap manajemen PLN area kota Dumai, jika maneger area kota Dumai saudara Fery Nabaho tidak menanggapi secara serius kami minta manajer area segera mengundurkan diri saja, Tegas  kurnia.” (red)
