DUMAI, Pesisirnasional- Walikota Dumai H. Zulkifli As melakukan safari Ramadhan pertama di mesjid Raudhatus Sholihin di jalan Sidorejo Ujung, Selasa (07/05) malam.

Walikota Dumai didampingi sekretaris daerah kota Dumai, H. Hamdan Kamal, Kepala Dinas kesehatan H. Faisal, kepala dinas Koperasi dan UKM dan Kadis Capil, Suardi, Kakan Satpol PP H. R. Bambang Wardoyo, serta sejumlah kepala satuan kerja perangkat daerah ( SKPD ) kota Dumai.

Turut juga hadir camat Dumai kota, Agus Gunawan S. SoS. Mantan Plt Humas Rizky Kurniawan, sejumlah awak media. Serta jemaah Mesjid Raudhatus Sholihin.

Dalam kata sambutan Walikota Dumai Drs. H. Zulkifli As memaparkan terkait program air bersih. Karena program air bersih salah satu program prioritas walikota dan wakil walikota Dumai periode 2016 – 2021.

Diketahui, program air bersih kota Dumai sudah berjalan. Pasalnya pemerintah kota Dumai telah melakukan peletakkan batu pertama di Kelurahan Bukit Timah beberapa waktu yang lalu.

“Untuk air baku bersumber dari Sungai Dumai, mampu mendistribusikan 50 liter per detik,” ujarnya.

Distribusi air sungai Dumai, lanjut Zul AS, diperkirakan mampu menyalurkan 5000 sambungan rumah tangga.

Ditambahkan Zul As lagi, program sistem pengolahan air minum (SPAM) regional Dumai, Rokan Hilir dan Bengkalis (Durolis) yang sudah dilaksanakan sebelumnya kerja sama pengelolaan secara regional antara Dumai, Rohil dan Bengkalis.

“SPAM regional Durolis bersumber dari air baku sungai Rokan didistribusi ke daerah tersebut, dan untuk kota Dumai mendapat distribusi sebesar 150 liter per detik,” jelas beliau serta menambahkan, distribusi air baku 200 liter per detik bisa menyambung sekitar 20 ribu sambungan rumah tangga.

Selain itu, Zul As juga salurkan bantuan untuk pembangunan Mesjid Raudhatus Sholihin sebanyak Rp.20 Juta.

Penyerahan bantuan tersebut didampingi Sekretaris Daerah H. Hamdan Kamal dan diterima langsung oleh ketua Pengurus Mesjid Raudhatus Sholihin. (info/hms)
