KPK buka 15 ribu amplop “serangan fajar” Bowo Sidik

JAKARTA,Pesisirnasional- Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah membuka 15 ribu amplop yang berisikan uang diduga dipersiapkan oleh anggota Komisi VI DPR RI Bowo Sidik Pangarso (BSP) untuk “serangan fajar” pada Pemilu 2019.

Untuk diketahui, KPK telah mengamankan 82 kardus dan dua boks kontainer yang berisikan sekitar 400 ribu amplop berisi uang itu diduga dipersiapkan oleh Bowo Sidik Pangarso.

“Sampai siang ini tim mulai masuk pada kardus keempat. Sejauh ini telah dibuka 15 ribu amplop,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Febri Diansyah di Jakarta, Kamis.

Dari 82 kardus dan dua boks kontainer itu, terdapat uang sekitar Rp8 miliar dalam pecahan Rp20 ribu dan Rp50 ribu yang telah dimasukkan dalam amplop-amplop tersebut.

Uang tersebut diduga terkait pencalonan Bowo sebagai anggota DPR RI di Daerah Pemilihan Jawa Tengah II.

Adapun, kata Febri, dari 15 ribu amplop yang telah dibuka itu, total terdapat Rp300 juta.

Sebelumnya, KPK menyebutkan bahwa pada tiga kardus yang telah dibuka sebelumnya terdapat gambar jempol pada amplop. Namun, KPK menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat tulisan nomor urut dari salah satu pasangan calon presiden dalam Pemilu 2019.

“Tidak ada nomor urut, yang ada adalah cap jempol di amplop tersebut,” kata Febri di gedung KPK, Jakarta, Selasa (2/4).

Ia pun menyatakan bahwa amplop itu diduga memang akan digunakan oleh Bowo Sidik untuk “serangan fajar”.

“Jadi, kami tegaskan tidak ada keterkaitan dengan kepentingan-kepentingan lain berdasarkan fakta-fakta hukum yang kemi temukan saat ini. Memang ada stempel atau cap-cap tertentu di amplop tersebut tetapi sejauh ini fakta hukum yang ada itu masih terkait kebutuhan pemilu legislatif,” ucap Febri.

KPK pun, kata dia, mengingatkan agar semua pihak untuk tidak mengkait-kaitkan KPK dengan isu politik praktis.

“Koridor hukum itu harus dipisahkan dari koridor politik jangan sampai kemudian koridor hukum ini ditarik-tarik pada
kepentingan politik praktis,” tuturnya.

Untuk diketahui, KPK telah menetapkan Bowo Sidik Pangarso bersama dua orang lainnya sebagai tersangka dugaan suap terkait dengan kerja sama pengangkutan pelayaran.

Diduga sebagai penerima Bowo Sidik Pangarso (BSP) dan Indung (IND) dari unsur swasta.

Sedangkan diduga sebagai pemberi, yaitu Marketing Manager PT HTK Asty Winasti (ASW).

Dalam konstruksi perkara kasus itu, dijelaskan bahwa pada awalnya perjanjian kerja sama penyewaan kapal PT HTK sudah dihentikan.

Terdapat upaya agar kapal-kapal PT HTK dapat digunakan kembali untuk kepentingan distribusi pupuk PT Pupuk Indonesia. Untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut, pihak PT HTK meminta bantuan kepada Bowo Sidik Pangarso.

Selanjutnya, pada 26 Februari 2019 dilakukan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara PT PILOG (Pupuk Indonesia Logistik) dengan PT HTK.

Salah satu materi MoU tersebut adalah pengangkutan kapal milik PT HTK yang digunakan oleh PT Pupuk Indonesia.

Bowo diduga meminta “fee” kepada PT HTK atas biaya angkut yang diterima sejumlah 2 dolar AS per metric ton.

Diduga sebelumnya telah terjadi enam kali penerimaan di berbagai tempat seperti rumah sakit, hotel, dan kantor PT HTK sejumlah Rp221 juta dan 85.130 dolar AS.

Uang yang diterima tersebut diduga telah diubah menjadi pecahan Rp50 ribu dan Rp20 ribu sebagaimana ditemukan tim KPK dalam amplop-amplop di sebuah kantor di Jakarta.

Selanjutnya, KPK pun mengamankan 84 kardus yang berisikan sekitar 400 ribu amplop berisi uang itu diduga dipersiapkan oleh Bowo Sidik Pangarso untuk “serangan fajar” pada Pemilu 2019.

Uang tersebut diduga terkait pencalonan Bowo sebagai anggota DPR RI di Daerah Pemilihan Jawa Tengah II.
