Pemerintah Malaysia deportasi pembunuh TNI

NUNUKAN,PesisirNasional – Pembunuh anggota TNI AD di Kabupaten Nunukan Kalimantan Utara pada 2015 bernama Dede bin Bado dideportasi Pemerintah Malaysia dari Negeri Sabah.

Hal ini diketahui dari informasi yang disampaikan Kepolisian IPD Tawau kepada Polres Nunukan pada Rabu (3/4).

Kapolres Nunukan, AKBP Teguh Triwantoro di Mapolres Nunukan, Kamis membenarkan telah mendapatkan informasi dari IPD Tawau soal pemulangan khusus terhadap tersangka yang menjadi daftar pencarian orang (DPO) kepolisian setempat.

“Besok (Kamis), dari pagi kita akan uruskan prosedur keimigrasian untuk deportasi khusus Dede bin Bado, dengan harapan selesai sebelum tengah hari, termasuk pembayaran saman atau denda (compound)-nya akan ditalangi dulu oleh KRI (Tawau),” kata anggota IPD Tawau kepada Polres Nunukan.

Teguh Triwantoro, tersangka Dede bin Bado ini akan langsung ditahan di Mapolres Nunukan guna dilakukan penyidikan terkait kasus pembunuhan oknum TNI AD dari Kodim 0911 Nunukan empat tahun lalu.

Pemulangan tersangka Dede, kata Kapolres Nunukan, setelah menjalani hukumannya selama empat tahun di Tawau karena kasus kepemilikan senjata api.

“Penyidikan terhadap tersangka Dede pada kasus ini secepatnya dilakukan terkait pembunuhan anggota TNI pada 2015 lalu,” ujar dia.

Untuk kelancaran pemulangan tersangka Dede, Kasat Reskrim Polres Nunukan AKP Ali Suhadak telah berangkat ke Tawau Negeri Sabah untuk menjemput.

Selanjutnya akan menggunakan kapal feri ke Kabupaten Nunukan apabila segala pengurusan administrasi dan denda telah dibayarkan oleh KRI Tawau.
