Porotin Suami Miliaran Rupiah, Ayu ‘Poliandri’ Divonis 3 Tahun Bui

JEMBRANA,PesisirNasional- Komang Ayu Puspayeni alias Ayu divonis 3 tahun penjara. Ayu dinyatakan terbukti menggunakan identitas palsu dan memoroti suami keduanya, I Gede Arya Sudarsana, miliaran rupiah.

“Menyatakan terdakwa Komang Ayu Puspayeni alias Komang terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan telah melakukan tindak pidana penipuan terus-menerus sebagaimana perbuatan yang dilanjutkan sebagaimana dalam dakwaan kedua penuntut umum,” kata ketua majelis hakim I Gede Yuliartha di PN Negara, Jl Mayor Sugianyar Nomor 1, Dauhwaru, Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana, Bali, Senin (1/4/2019).

“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa dengan penjara selama 3 tahun,” sambung hakim.

Majelis hakim menyatakan Ayu terbukti melakukan tindak pidana penipuan, yaitu memalsukan statusnya menjadi single. Terlebih Ayu yang tidak lulus SMA itu mengaku melanjutkan kuliah S2 kedokteran di UGM Yogyakarta.

“Menimbang bahwa terdakwa, setelah berkenalan dengan korban sekitar November 2016, mengaku masih gadis atau belum menikah serta mengikuti perkuliahan di Fakultas Kedokteran UGM Yogyakarta sampai akhirnya sampai ke pacaran. Dari perkenalan sampai menikah adat Bali, terdakwa kerap meminta uang dan dikirim uang ke rekening terdakwa mencapai Rp 1,4 miliar,” urai hakim.

“Terdakwa menikah secara adat Hindu, pada kenyataannya masih terikat pernikahan sesuai kutipan akta nikah serta memiliki tiga orang anak,” sambungnya.

Majelis hakim juga menyatakan Ayu terbukti secara sah melakukan penipuan status.

“Padahal terdakwa bukan dokter, melainkan pekerja salon,” ucap Gede.

Majelis hakim menyatakan perbuatan Ayu meresahkan masyarakat. Sementara hal yang meringankan adalah Ayu bersikap sopan selama persidangan.

“Hal yang memberatkan, perbuatan terdakwa telah meresahkan masyarakat, bahwa terdakwa belum mengganti uang I Gede Arya Sudarsana dan terdakwa telah membohongi suami dan anak-anak sahnya. Hal meringankan bahwa terdakwa bersikap sopan selama di persidangan dan mengakui perbuatannya,” ucap hakim.

Atas perbuatannya, Ayu dinyatakan terbukti melanggar Pasal 378 KUHP jo 64 KUHP. Atas vonis ini, Ayu mengaku masih pikir-pikir.

“Pikir-pikir, Yang Mulia,” kata Ayu lirih.
